Welcome to Huda Quran Academy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to our website and our online Quran classes. By booking a class, using our website, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Service

Huda Quran Academy provides live, one-on-one online Quran classes for kids, sisters, and beginners, taught by qualified female teachers. Lessons may include Quran reading, Tajweed, memorization (Hifz), Islamic studies, and Arabic.

Free Trial

We offer a free trial class so you can experience our teaching before enrolling. The free trial is provided without obligation.

Booking and Scheduling

Classes are scheduled at a time agreed between the student (or parent/guardian) and the academy. We ask that you join classes on time and let us know in advance if you need to reschedule.

Fees and Payment

• Fees are charged according to the plan you choose (see our Pricing & Plans page) and are normally paid in advance on a monthly basis.
• Prices may be shown in PKR and USD. We may update our fees from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to you.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by informing us. If you are ever not satisfied, please contact us — we will do our best to make things right. Any money-back guarantee, where offered, applies as described at the time of enrollment.

Student and Parent Responsibilities

• You are responsible for having a suitable device and a stable internet connection for online classes.
• Students (and parents/guardians) agree to behave respectfully towards teachers and to keep good Islamic manners during lessons.

Learning Materials

Any materials provided during classes are for the student’s personal learning only and may not be copied, shared, or sold without our permission.

Availability

We aim to provide classes reliably, but we are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as internet outages or issues with third-party tools).

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Huda Quran Academy is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
